Our NYC screening room and private specialty suites are located on the 5th floor. We provide:
- An ideal space for press junkets, sample sales, screenings, creative meetings and pre and post production work.

The screening room is equipped with the following:
- 10-foot wide screen with high end state-of-the-art audio-video equipment, including high-definition widescreen projector, integrated 7.1 surround-sound speakers (both indoors and outside balcony) and switcher to enable HD DVD, Blu-ray DVD and HD cable or satellite feed
- Audio-visual equipment support, including wall-mounted wireless touch panel controller and ability to control HVAC system
- Plush leather seating for 22 people
- Intimate atmosphere accommodates up to 65 for a reception
- 3,000 square-foot outdoor terrace with stunning panoramic views of Manhattan
- Flexible room arrangements suit a variety of needs
- Fantastic for convertible office space
- Includes separate room with Murphy Bed
The 1,300 square foot Eventi Suite and the 1,000 square foot Veranda Suite are equipped with:
- Wiring to accommodate up to 20 phone lines
- 5000 square feet of combined panoramic terrace space with flexible patio furniture accommodating up to 500 people
- State of the art sound system
- Multiple control panels for ipod system

In addition to the two specialty suites, a panoramic terrace with spectacular views of NYC's cityscape, and the screening room; Eventi will have a 15,000 square foot outdoor plaza on the ground floor with a 22 foot multimedia screen. This will premiere in Fall 2010 and will host everything from live broadcasted events to curated content by world renowned artists. The Plaza with have programming to enhance the neighborhood and the community.
