Big Screen Plaza
Eventi's plaza is a public venue showcasing arts and entertainment events. At the heart of these events is the Big Screen Plaza, a collaborative arts project, which, together with local arts institutions and independent artists, allows Eventi to present public art exhibitions on the plaza. The plaza's giant multimedia screen displays original artwork along with other diverse programming while kiosks around the plaza enable visitors to interact with the displays and find out what special events are taking place at the hotel.

Dining
Eventi's plaza is a dynamic space complete with a variety of dining options. The plaza's multi-level FoodParc is restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow's showcase of a series of gourmet stands and stalls, each a culinary destination on its own. From a special blended burger (No. 7 Hanger Blend) with gourmet bacons to imaginative dim sum to unique pizza bianca stacks and wraps, some of NYC's most renowned culinary masters promise a wide variety of global offerings. BeerParc, which encompasses 12,000 square feet of outdoor plaza space, offers a seasonal selection of brews and bites. In addition to a variety of specialty draft beers, there are individual food stands with menus by renowned local chefs: Ed Brown of Ed's Chowder House; Eduard Frauneder and Wolfgang Ban of Edi & the Wolf and the Michelin-starred Seasonal Restaurant & Weinbar; Harold Dieterle of Kin Shop and Perilla; and Zak Pelaccio of Fatty 'Cue and Fatty Crab. Step off the plaza into Eventi's outstanding Bar Basque, a multi-sensory feast, complete with outstanding service, expertly crafted cocktails and an exceptional Basque menu. The futuristic setting, created by conceptual designer, Syd Mead (think Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Blade Runner, Mission Impossible 3), promises to delight as much as the mouthwatering cuisine.
